Alexander Associates are working with a highly regarded, independent engineering design and advisory consultancy to recruit an experienced Associate Structural Engineer for their growing Bristol office.

The successful candidate will:
* Lead design teams across a diverse portfolio of building structures projects.
* Deliver innovative solutions in sectors such as residential, commercial, healthcare, educational, and data centres.
* Act as a key point of contact for clients, architects, and contractors.
* Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.
* Contribute to project planning, delivery strategy, and design reviews.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 6 years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record of working on diverse projects, including commercial and residential developments.
* Experience at Senior or Associate level within the structural engineering sector.
* Strong technical background with knowledge of Eurocodes and UK building regulations.
* Proficiency in structural analysis and design software including Revit, Tekla, or similar.
* Working towards or holding chartership with IStructE or ICE, demonstrating commitment to professional excellence.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approach to leadership.
