An excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join an established and successful distribution business based in Dungannon. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager your main duties will include: Responsibilities Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face Manage customer queries and resolutions Help customers use our online ordering portal and process orders Ownership of queries and projects with timely responses provided Account administration including pick note creation, reports, stock/order adjustments, order entry, and processing exchanges Internal and external reporting Oversight of operations to ensure client SLAs are being achieved Criteria: Customer Service Representative experience or similar Informative and friendly attitude Demonstration of taking initiative and ownership Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively Strong attention to detail with problem solving skills Able to work strongly in a team, or independently Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel GCSEs (minimum of 4 at grade C or above, including Maths and English) or equivalent qualifications or experience If interested please apply below or contact Pauline in the office to discuss the role in further detail confidentially.
