Your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:
* Managing a designated property portfolio
* Preparing marketing material and conducting viewings
* Management of safety certification and reactive maintenance
* Preparing inventory, check out and inspection reports
* Liaising with landlords on refurbishments and planned maintenance
* Project managing capital improvement works
* Rent level assessments for remarketing and mid-tenancy reviews
* Managing insurance claims and reinstatement
Qualifications and Skills:
* Working knowledge of SME Professional – beneficial
* Enthusiastic approach to challenges
* Full clean driving licence
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Property Manager
* Must hold, or be willing to attain, ARLA Level 6 industry qualification
* Confident communication skills and attention to detail
* Reliability
* Position is subject to Basic Disclosure check

There is a 3 month probation period, and salaries are reviewed each December, at which time a full Personal Development Review is undertaken for each colleague. Hybrid working is also available usually on completion of probation with a 3 days in and 2 days from home arrangement.
