Role Overview
As our Operations and Customer Services Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of our day-to-day operations, customer services, optimising processes, and driving efficiency across the business. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support growth, enhance customer experience, and implement strategic initiatives. This role requires a highly proactive and tech-savvy individual who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and work closely with customer support teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
* Oversee and streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
* Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve service delivery.
* Lead and manage cross-functional projects to support business objectives.
* Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions for process improvements.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
* Support compliance efforts related to healthcare regulations and industry best practices.
* Collaborate with tech teams to automate and enhance operational workflows.
* Train and mentor junior team members to build a high-performing operations team.
Qualifications & Experience
* Exceptional spoken and written English – clear communication is crucial.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
* Highly tech-savvy – comfortable learning and implementing new digital tools and systems.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for working in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
* Previous experience in customer service, with a focus on operational improvements.
* Proven leadership and management experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
* Strong background in operations, process management, and efficiency optimization.
* Experience in healthcare, technology, startups, or emerging businesses is highly desirable.
