Role Overview:
Provide high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with stroke and neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess, plan, and implement treatment for patients.
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
* Develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
* Mentor and support junior staff and students.
* Contribute to the department's clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
* Degree in Physiotherapy.
* At least 2 years of NHS experience.
* Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
* Significant experience working as a physiotherapist in a relevant clinical area.
* Advanced clinical skills and knowledge in stroke and neuro rehabilitation.
* Evidence of ongoing professional development.
* Additional post-graduate qualifications in neurology or stroke.
* Experience in a Band 7 role or equivalent.
