As a Hospitality Tutor you will be a key contributor to shaping the future leaders of the dynamic and diverse hospitality industry. Your role involves inspiring and guiding students in the principles and practices of hospitality management and service. Developing comprehensive lesson plans, you will cover essential areas such as customer service, event management, and hotel operations, ensuring students acquire a well-rounded understanding of the field. Sharing practical insights and real-world experiences, your goal is to prepare students for success in the dynamic and ever-evolving world of hospitality. Fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment, your duties extend beyond traditional teaching to encourage innovation and excellence in hospitality, instilling in students the skills and values needed to thrive in this vibrant industry. The main purpose of the role is to develop the necessary competence of learners through high-quality provision of learning; in line with current Awarding Body and Operational Guidelines. The successful candidate will deliver up to Level 3 Diploma in hospitality Supervision and Leadership Skills to students studying on the ApprenticeshipsNI and Skills for Life & Work (School Leavers) training programmes. The qualification has been designed to allow students to obtain and demonstrate the skills to work at a supervisory level within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the Hospitality Industry; and possess the motivation and commitment to see our students succeed on their programme of study. Ideally, they will have good mentoring skills and sound knowledge of working with awarding bodies and delivering qualifications.
