The Role This is a temporary role, for an initial period of three months (with possibility of extension), to join our Project Management team, based at our HQ in Lisburn. The purpose of the Project Administrator is to support all Project Managers, Construction Manager and Site Manager with current workloads and administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include: Provide administrative and systems support to the Head of Project Management, and wider team, to ensure smooth project delivery. Liaise with multiple different internal teams and external stakeholders to communicate project changes and key milestones. Work closely with the Project Coordinator to help with workload and share responsibility where necessary. Support with miscellaneous project tasks where necessary. Update all current systems with key project details and metrics. Facilitate communication between Sales, Transport, Operations and Asset teams. Provide on going ad-hoc support wherever possible. Qualifications Essential Skills & Experience: As a people-orientated organisation, candidates must demonstrate a strong match for our vibrant entrepreneurial culture and our core values; Listen, Empower, Accomplish and Innovate Candidates should also possess the following skills and experience; Functional: Previous experience in an administration or support position is essential. Extremely systems-literate, ideally with experience of SAP/ERP systems (preferably Microsoft D365 or Dynamics) or similar. Excellent level of written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Personal: Self-Starter with high energy to work with multiple stakeholders across the business Flexibility coupled with strong communication skills. High level of attention to detail. Able to juggle multiple tasks at once. Display high levels of professionalism and integrity at all times. A collaborative approach to team working. Focused and efficient to complete tasks in set timescales and to a high standard.
