We're looking for an Electrical Project Manager to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team, on our Severn Trent Water framework working from site at Wanlip, Leicestershire Location : Wanlip, Leicestershire Contract : Permanent, full time- some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us What will you be responsible for? We're looking for an Electrical Project Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will work on a project to undertake an upgrade and enhancement of the existing wastewater treatment facility. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will manage resources (people, finance and physical assets) in order to fulfil the assigned project(s) safely, on time and to the required quality whilst maximising customer satisfaction and gross profit on projects. Your day to day will include: Lead the electrical install at the Wanlip site Manage and recruit a team of electrical engineers to manage the works Manage the programme of works both upstream (client) and downstream (sub-contract) Manage and lead the Health & Safety on site and ensure Kier processes are followed with regard to the electrical install Aid with the design review processes and client facing meetings What are we looking for? This role of Electrical Project Manager is great for you if you hold: Relevant qualification (management qualification/ NVQ Level 3/ HNC/ Degree) Chartership with ICE or working towards Excellent knowledge and experience of the main management systems and processes used within a similar business Experience leading and managing technical teams Competent user in Microsoft Office and web based portals Full driving licence We're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome So, even if you don't tick every box, please apply and we can have a chat.
