Job summary We are a small High Achieving Practice and we are very family Orientated and patient Centric. We would like someone with EMIS web experience, who is friendly, approachable and able to use their initiative for the best interest of the patient and the practice. We want someone who wants the learn and grow with the practice. Main duties of the job You will be expected to answer phones, organize the appointment book, be able to Triage and deal with patient queries to signpost them to the correct service. i.e. GP, Nurse, Pharmacy, OOHS, NHS 111 ETC, You will also need to deal with incoming emails and hospital letters, filing them correctly into patient records and passing then to the correct clinician for actioning. Call patients to invite them in for necessary health checks.
