Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting individuals with complex needs and mental health issues in their daily lives.
* Assisting with personal care, medication management, and domestic tasks.
* Encouraging independence and promoting self-advocacy skills.
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or incidents.
Requirements:
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and maths are desirable but not essential.
* Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
