As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving our business forward. You will be responsible for managing property sales, negotiating offers, liaising with clients, and ensuring a smooth transaction from start to finish. Handling property viewings, generating leads, and maintaining client relationships Negotiating offers and providing updates to clients and buyers Managing the sales process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth transaction Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional services Working collaboratively with the team to meet branch targets and KPIs Delivering exceptional customer service at all times Have you got: Proven sales experience? An ability to work as a team to achieve set objectives in a target driven environment? Passion for delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face? Confidence when negotiating and agreeing offers on property sales? Experience conducting viewings? Proven experience pitching additional services such as financial services and solicitors? An ability to represent a company in a professional manner?
