Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Engineering Assistant to support our engineering team in the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will assist with the design, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with HVAC Systems: Support engineers with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems and components.
2. Project Support: Help with various tasks related to HVAC system designs, ensuring compliance with project timelines and industry standards.
3. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of work performed, equipment used, and project progress.
4. Technical Assistance: Provide technical support during the setup, repair, and testing of HVAC systems.
5. Access Equipment: Assist in constructing, erecting, and dismantling necessary access equipment for system maintenance.
6. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies.
7. Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical knowledge and skills in HVAC systems and engineering principles.
General Responsibilities:
1. Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
2. Company Policies & Values: Adhere to all internal policies, procedures, and the company's core values.
3. Personal Development: Take responsibility for personal development by attending training programs as required.
4. Compliance with Legislation: Ensure all tasks are completed in line with local, state, and federal regulations.
