Responsibilities:
* Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging and innovative lessons.
* Creating an inclusive environment for all students.
* Implementing effective teaching strategies, especially for SEND learners.
* Collaborating with support staff to ensure students' needs are addressed.
* Encouraging and motivating students to achieve their best.
