Responsibilities
Manage and analyze income reports related to garage operations.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize pricing and occupancy rates.
Oversee tenant billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues related to payments and agreements.
Collaborate with finance teams to forecast income and budget accordingly.
Monitor market trends and competitive pricing to inform decision-making.
Prepare and present financial performance reports to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
Proven experience in financial analysis or property management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of the automotive or parking industry is a plus.
