Commercial in life management of VBSE customers, which is a significant high growth area in Vodafone Business. This role will be important in ensuring that contract value is delivered in line with business case expectations as well as supporting new business commercial modelling requirements.
What you’ll do
1. In-life commercial management – Ensuring customer contracts are in line with expectations, contractual obligations are met and supporting the commercial managers and sales team to negotiate directly with customers as and when required.
2. Commercial modelling - business case and pricing to ensure profitability of new contracts and any applicable contract variations. Also ensure relevant deal commercial governance is adhered to.
3. Drafting of schedules contained in contracts and variations, in collaboration with commercial managers, legal and account team.
4. Preparation and provision of regular customer facing reports.
5. Total project forecasting in collaboration with finance colleagues, to ensure project cost control vs business case expectations.
6. Collaboration with billing team to ensure invoices are issued correctly and in line with client expectations.

8. Strong numerical and analytical skills
9. Strong stakeholder management skills (customer and internal)
10. Telecoms experience
11. MCIPS qualification desirable
12. MOD/Defence experience, particularly managing DEFCONs, CDRLs & JSPs from a contractual perspective
