We are currently recruiting for an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong focus on digital marketing with some traditional aspects as well for this fantastic, independently owned group of brasseries & larders serving modern British food with a real focus seasonal produce from around the UK. You will play a vital role in delivering marketing strategies and activities to enhance brand awareness, engage customers, and drive business growth and keep staff engaged in all campaigns.

Our client is an independently owned rapidly growing company with several 2 Rosette restaurants & stores with a reputation of culinary excellence. You have the opportunity to work in a company voted highly in the top best hospitality place to work by Caterer & a modern British restaurant recently nominated for Catey's restaurant of the year award. The venues average around 100-150 covers with river views and outdoor terraces, counter top dining as well as a private dining room.
The Person
The ideal Marketing Manager will have the following:
- Experience in high volume, premium rosette restaurants
- Assist in creating and delivering marketing, PR, and digital materials for special events
- Update and develop restaurant websites, social media channels, and local news platforms
- Ideally have experience with private dining rooms
- Develop and execute annual and monthly marketing plans for our outlets, ensuring they align with brand identity and objectives
- Budget management
- Brand awareness, website conversions, YOY revenue growth
- Design marketing collateral, including pre-launch activities and ongoing activations
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market
- Personable
- 2 years experience as Market Manager or Executive
- Conduct market research: Identify target audiences and demographics which suit the individual sites within the business
- Can do attitude & able to manage your time and tasks effectively
- Organised and focuses
