An exciting opportunity has arisen for a General Sales Manager to lead the Sales team at our multi-franchise King Lynn b ranch to optimise and increase sales department profitability whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The General Sales Manager will motivate, develop and coach the Sales team to deliver the agreed volume of new and used vehicles whilst retaining budgeted profitability. Reporting to the Regional Manager and Retail Operator, you will ensure adequate stock and mix in order to offer the appropriate range of vehicles and colours to customers, arrange off-site promotional events in order to raise brand awareness and work with your team to retain customers to the retail facility and the brands. This role is to work 5 days per week with no Sundays covering the MG, Peugeot and Vauxhall brands. To be successful in this role you will need: Proven experience of working in a busy Sales department Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships Strong communication and negotiation skills Passion and drive for exceeding targets Competence in Microsoft packages A full driving licence In return we offer the opportunity of competitive salary bonus (OTE £75,000.00) and the use of a company car.
