JR221: Sales Manager
Location: Ulverston, Cumbria
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 Per Annum (Negotiable)
Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Sales Manager on behalf of one of our clients. Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel; however, all candidates will be given due consideration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. You will be responsible for leading and driving the sales teams in your control, to win new business and encourage upgrade sales on Parks.
2. You will be responsible for the overall team's performance throughout the Company and the delivery of the sales targets.
3. Meet your individual Sales Target as agreed by your line manager.
4. You will be responsible for the effective coaching, motivating, and performance of all sales staff within the Company.
5. Establishing, maintaining, and expanding the customer base.
6. Develop sales strategies/processes to increase business.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Experience of working in a sales environment, such as car sales, holiday booking agent, or holiday home sales would be beneficial but not essential.
2. Good IT skills including proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, with an understanding of a CRM.
3. Good organisational skills.
4. Previous experience of working in a sales-driven role is essential.
5. A proven track record of sales success in developing accounts through the effective management of a team, and have an ability to set out strategies for sales development.
6. Ability to manage a team, set team targets, with a proven track record of attaining targets.
7. Highly motivated with a strong commercial awareness with the ability to use commercial knowledge to increase profit and business growth.
8. Professional manner when dealing with customers and colleagues alike.
