Job Overview: Under the direction of the Head Chef, take responsibility for the smooth preparation and service of Breakfast, ensuring that all breakfast food standards are adhered to and maintained. Main duties and responsibilities: · To be responsible for the mis-en-place for the Breakfast section. · To be responsible for breakfast production and service, ensuring consistency of food and standards. · To assist the Head Chef with ordering requirements. · To train, when necessary, other Chefs in the breakfast service. · To be responsible for the production and service of staff food, ensuring consistency and maintenance of standards · To discuss with the Head Chef matters relating to the preparation and service of foods. · To maintain a high standard of Kitchen cleanliness and hygiene practice.
