Detect & Mitigate voice-based threats (fraud, SPAM and more) Facilitate multi-vendor communications (hybrid) environments and provide each user with a personalized journey to the cloud What you will do We are looking for an experienced Partner Account Manager, based in in the UK, to develop partners (VARs, SI’s and MSPs), in United Kingdom and Ireland, to become more strategically aligned with Oracle and incorporate Oracle Communications solutions as part of their standard go-to-market plans. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-driven and comfortable with driving sales pipeline generating activities with partners and generally “owning” the indirect channel plan in territory, in coordination and alignment with the regional sales team. Key activities to be driven by the Partner Account Manager include: Identifying and developing strategic channel partners committed to selling Oracle Communications products in region Developing joint "go-to-market" strategies and plans with focus partners Run lead generation activities with partners to increase pipeline and generate net new opportunities in the region. Ensuring Partner readiness to transact via commercial vehicles available at Oracle and drive enablement plans with Partners to ensure they can execute and enable customer success. Maintain and recruit Active OPN partners in the target region to maintain a health channel partner mix in region. Drive Business Development activities in region that help with Pipeline Creation and increase the number of leads generated by Partners. Identify and develop channel partners committed to selling Oracle products. Facilitate joint selling between channel partners and direct sales team. Increase revenue from partner sources and market share through a leverage partnering model. Identify and develop joint "go-to-market" strategies and lead generation opportunities. Provides accurate and timely management information and revenue forecasts. May educate partners in Oracle commercial practices. Maintains an understanding of Oracle technology and articulates Oracle propositions to partners and their customers. Manage transaction contracts, business practices, and deal booking issues.
