The Opportunity:
We are expanding our Leeds-based team and looking for an Operations & Engineering Recruiter to focus on the Yorkshire market. This role will be pivotal in identifying, engaging, and placing skilled professionals within the Operations and Engineering sectors. Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with local Yorkshire clients to understand their strategic talent needs in Operations and Engineering, developing recruitment strategies tailored to the region.
* Source, engage, and assess high-quality candidates, focusing on Operations and Engineering roles across various manufacturing & engineering sectors
* Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future client needs.
* Conduct market research and provide insights to inform recruitment strategies and support clients in making informed hiring decisions.
* Establish and nurture long-term client and candidate relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted recruitment advisor in the Yorkshire market.
* Collaborate with the broader UK team to leverage Jackson Hogg’s network and share best practices for client success.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience in recruitment within Operations and Engineering, ideally with knowledge of the Yorkshire market.
* Strong understanding of industries like Manufacturing, Chemicals, and Engineering.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a consultative approach to working with clients and candidates.
