The role is responsible for overseeing the HR and Payroll consulting teams in implementing MHR software solutions for both new and existing clients. This includes leading the consultancy implementation service, managing implementation projects, and ensuring effective staffing, resource skill development, capacity planning, and delivery profitability. Key responsibilities Managing the performance of Practice Teams, ensuring that: Key metrics are reported and used to enhance operations. Revenue and utilisation targets are met or exceeded. Quality metrics are achieved. Customer expectations are consistently met, as reflected in regular customer surveys. The role aims to deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing high-quality services, resulting in customer satisfaction, endorsements, and willingness to act as references for MHR. Collaboration with other practices within the Professional Services Division is crucial to ensure that all implementations are controlled, adhering to time, cost, and quality constraints defined by both customers and MHR. The role also involves developing strategic plans alongside other business leaders, maintaining strong relationships with service areas, the sales team, and business leadership to ensure a customer-centric implementation experience. Additionally, the role will execute the vision and strategy for Implementation Services as outlined by the Professional Services Director, driving continuous improvement initiatives across the function. The role is also responsible for guiding the direction of the implementation services team, with a focus on how and what is implemented. This includes maintaining oversight of revenue, utilisation, capacity, and the volume of implementation work, and using this data to inform strategic decisions.
