Every day is different when you care and with the continuous backing of the Prolife team you will help our clients to manage everyday challenges and risks with the reassurance of your help and guidance.Ensuring the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting/assisting Service users when required, with washing, toileting, dressing, undressing, and all other aspects of daily living, according to their individual needs.When required the Senior Care Worker / Team Leader will support individual performance management plans for identified staff.Observing care planning needs for Service Users and completing daily records as instructed and in line with the Company's policies and proceduresCompleting Rota for all staff.Assisting the team when needs be.Job Types: Full-time, ContractSalary: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
