Role Overview:
As a Mortgage Retentions Administrator, you'll manage a caseload of mortgage customers reaching the end of their product incentives. You'll deliver exceptional customer service, identify opportunities to meet customer needs, and ensure a smooth retention process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of mortgage retention cases.
* Provide outstanding customer service, acting as the primary point of contact.
* Identify and capitalize on customer retention opportunities.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Utilize strong communication skills across various platforms.
* Provide administrative support for the mortgage retention process.
* Maintain awareness of market conditions.
Skills & Experience:
* Strong customer service experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in IT software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Experience in a financial services environment is desirable.
* Business Administration Level 3 or equivalent is desirable.
* Telephony skills.
