Sytner Coventry is looking for a MOT Technician. Your role As a Sytner MOT Technician, you will join our team of talented vehicle technicians and be responsible for carrying out thorough MOT inspections for our customers. You will ensure that you deliver an outstanding customer experience by carrying out visual health checks and producing informative videos to help customers better understand the condition of their vehicle. Each of our dealerships boasts state-of-the-art facilities, equipment and technology in workshops, which are safe, friendly and clean. Sytner Vehicle Technicians work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service. Your profile You must be a qualified Vehicle Technician with a formal qualification, preferably an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, and be a registered MOT Tester. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work within given timescales and ideally you will have the ability to tackle minor repairs and servicing, as well as MOTs. Diagnostic skills and experience in problem-solving are not essential but are desirable. You should be able to manage your own time effectively and maintain a consistently high standard of quality.
