This is a static role, where you will be responsible for plant wide proactive and reactive electrical maintenance activities, to ensure the optimum performance of the factory. You will be joining a secure, dynamic organisation, with an excellent team-based culture and fantastic opportunities to develop your skills.\n\nIf you have a background in Electrical Maintenance, please apply now for an immediate response.\n\nThe Job You’ll Do;\n\n * Promote a culture where the health, safety and wellbeing of colleagues is the absolute priority.\n\n * Ensure all statutory obligations, company policies and procedures are understood and adhered to at all times.\n\n * Act as a role model of company values and behaviours.\n\n * Work with the factory team to implement the strategic plan for the site.\n\n * Utilise a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to facilitate planned preventative maintenance and stock control.\n\n * Carry out planned preventative maintenance, inspections, service and repairs.\n\n * Carry out reactive maintenance activities as required.\n\n * Ensure all relevant data is recorded accurately.\n\n * Application of the Management System to generate and facilitate continuous improvement practices across all areas of the manufacturing facility to optimise capability.\n\n * Work with the factory team and the wider business to make a positive contribution to the local community.\n\n * Continuously strive to improve the environmental performance of products and operations.\n\nAbout You;\n\n * Time Served, Advanced Apprenticeship (NVQ L3) in Engineering Maintenance (Electrical), Electrical Installation, Electrical & Electrotechnical, Mechatronics (Electrical) or equivalent.\n\n * Three phase, Invertor Drive and PLC fault finding experience.\n\n * The ability to work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment undertaking PPM and TPM activities\n\n * High degree of Health & Safety awareness\n\n * Ability to fault find, repair and provide solutions to electrical machinery problems within a production environment\n\n * Maintenance experience and fault diagnosis of Pneumatics and Hydraulics systems\n\n * Knowledge of Siemens PLC systems and fault diagnosis desirable\n\n * Computer literate in MS Word and Excel\n\n * Has knowledge of current Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation in a manufacturing workplace
