As our Counter Fraud Manager you will have responsibility for developing and maintaining the claims counter-fraud strategy and
enhancing our delivery of counter-fraud detection and prevention, while building our internal capabilities to reduce our exposure
to fraud.
Who you are
* Experience with the development of counter-fraud frameworks, operational support tools along with data driven fraud prevention
methods.
* Knowledge of counter-frauds strategies, tools and techniques to identify and manage fraud.
* Excellent people management, coaching and career counselling skills
* The ability to communicate at all levels with a proven ability to build stakeholder relationships.
What you`ll do
To give you an idea what to expect, you`ll be:
* Applying and embedding the Counter Fraud Claims strategy, minimising the total cost of fraud to the business
* Ensure all potential fraud investigations are efficiently conducted, processed, and closed against company SLAs and industry
standards
* Leading the fraud team to achieve key objectives, required productivity, performance and regulatory compliance
* Building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders across all business levels, driving key
strategic and technical insights, reporting these to senior stakeholders
