Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as EU AR Team Assistant and you will support the EU AR team with daily activity such as ensuring regulatory compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
* Maintain monthly reports for the EU AR Team activities.
* Review outstanding Post Market enquiries and issue timely reminders.
* Review outstanding Field Action reconciliation and issue timely reminders.
* Maintain internal tracking lists.
* Provide support to the Regulatory Affairs.
* Audit preparation & support.
* Contribute to process improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Your Skills & Experience:
* Required to be self-motivated with the ability to deliver a high standard of work within agreed deadlines.
* Must be able to work well within a team and display strong problem solving skills.
* Promotes excellence and embraces right first time culture. A strong understanding of the need for accuracy.
* Able to work well under pressure and to be able to identify the need to prioritise when required.
* Must be understanding, where necessary, recognise and respect views from others.
* Must be able to work independently when required ensuring compliance to local and global procedures / processes.
