About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service OOH Agent to join a highly motivated and skilled team who deliver a first-class service to our customers and clients. You will be taking calls from customers on the Asylum and Mears Living contract. After training, the option for hybrid working may become available.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
* Take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution.
* Work to targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Connect with customers genuinely and professionally.
* Adhere to business policies and procedures.
Role Criteria:
* IT literate, able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Substantial experience within a customer service environment.
* Good written and spoken communication skills.
* A genuine desire to help people.
* Maintain a professional manner when communicating with all stakeholders.
All roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK; Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
Working Hours:
37.5 hours a week, 2-week rotation:
* Week 1: Monday-Friday (weekend off)
* Week 2: Monday-Wednesday (Thursday & Friday off) and work the weekend (4pm-12am)
