This is an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator who will be responsible for supporting with the administration of candidate hire, from initial search through selection and to onboarding.
As a Recruitment Administrator, you will provide effective administrative support for the Talent Acquisition and People Team. This will be a varied role where you will be working closely with the People Team, People Managers, colleagues across the business and candidates to ensure queries and actions are processed quickly and efficiently. This role will also work closely with our outsourced HR, Recruitment and vetting teams to ensure the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process is delivered to a high standard.
Key responsibilities will include:
7. To provide an administration service to Recruitment both internal and external candidates throughout their onboarding journey.
8. Support with the onboarding process for all new joiners, completing all necessary pre-employment checks, including right to work, DBS and reference checks.
9. Support the People Team, with the accurate maintenance of visa/sponsorship colleagues and ensuring timely reporting to Business Units on right to work status.
10. Using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensure accurate maintenance of recruitment data such as weekly vacancy reporting and hiring updates.
11. Assist with the accurate maintenance of employee records and ensure all information is up to date on internal CITB platforms such as SOP and candidate files etc.
12. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team (e.g. advertising roles on both our internal system and external job boards) in line with role specific requirements.
13. Work with Learning and Development and vacancy managers to ensure smooth induction onboarding of new starters.
14. Support our hiring managers with vacancy advertising, administrative support or signposting to relevant guides/team.
15. Supporting line managers in processing HR related forms via our HR people System.
16. Responsible for internal auditing of our HR data ensuring all information is correct and up to date
17. Work with our enabling partner to ensure all Recruitment/HR related information is kept up to date in relevant systems through timely and accurate data entry and filing by carrying out internal Recruitment/HR audits.
Please apply if you have most of the following:
18. A minimum of 2 years administrative experience, preferably within a Talent Acquisition or HR team
19. Working with HR systems both HRIS and ATS
20. Producing HR reports and metrics
21. Demonstrates good attention to detail and accuracy
22. Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines whilst also maintaining a high attention to detail
23. Highly motivated, good communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and written
24. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
25. Proficient with Microsoft platforms such as Word and Excel.
26. Ability to work with multiple streams of data and programmes such as SOP, Oleeo and other ATS platforms or ability to pick these up.

32. Experience of handling confidential and sensitive information in line with GDPR

33. CIPD qualified or working towards
