About the role
We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join a group of secondary schools in Hinckley on an ad-hoc basis. As a Cover Supervisor, you will step in to supervise lessons in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that students stay engaged and complete their work. Requirements
To be considered for the role of Cover Supervisor you will:
* Experience working with secondary school-aged students (ages 11-16), ideally in an educational or supervisory role.
* Strong classroom management skills: Ability to effectively maintain a positive, focused classroom environment.
* Good communication skills: Able to communicate clearly with both students and staff in a calm and confident manner.
* Organizational skills: Capable of managing a classroom and following lesson plans with little supervision.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
* Experience working with secondary school-aged students (ages 11-16), ideally in an educational or supervisory role.
