ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Contract Manager specializing in Passive Fire Protection, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the successful delivery of fire protection projects. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of project execution, ensuring adherence to specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in passive fire protection systems, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
1. Manage the end-to-end execution of passive fire protection projects, from inception to completion.
2. Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor management.
3. Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
4. Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to maintain the highest standards of workmanship.
5. Monitor project budgets and expenditures, identifying and addressing any variances.
6. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
7. Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients, providing insights into project performance.
REQUIREMENTS
8. Proven experience in project/contract management, preferably within the passive fire protection industry.
9. In-depth knowledge of passive fire protection systems, materials, and installation techniques.
10. Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
11. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure.
12. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

The guideline basic salary is £55,000 – £75,000 (Negotiable), however this will be dependent upon the specific skills and experience of each individual.
