Job Description
Accounts Administrator (Part-time)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* To match purchase invoices against purchase orders and process on to MRI Qube in preparation for payment.
* To assist with the collation and processing of utility data and invoicing to enable accurate recharge to commercial tenants.
* To carry out a methodical review and update to the property database, to ensure migration of data files is accurate and complete.
* Generate ad hoc tenant invoices on MRI Qube
* Posting receipts from Tenants on to MRI Qube
* Assist with Bank reconciliations
* Other Ad hoc tasks
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Administrator (Part-time) should have:
* An understanding of accounting principles
* Excellent organisational abilities
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Desirable attributes:
* Previous experience of MRI Qube, Sage 50 and Microsoft applications (desirable but not necessary).
* Experience within property industry (desirable but not necessary).
