Cirdan is growing, and we are seeking a Head of Talent Management to lead our people strategy, strengthen our culture, and ensure we attract, develop, and retain the best talent aligned with our values of innovation, trust, and collaboration. Role Overview: The Head of Talent Management will shape the employee experience at Cirdan by leading talent acquisition, development, and retention efforts. You will collaborate with senior leadership to foster a high-performance culture, enhance employee engagement, and manage HR systems that support business objectives. Talent Acquisition & Development: Design and implement talent acquisition strategies that attract a highly skilled, diverse workforce aligned with Cirdans goals. Build & maintain strong partnerships with educational institutions to create talent pipelines and ensure ongoing development of high-potential talent. Lead learning and development programs, including leadership development and succession planning, to help employees realize their potential. Employee Engagement & Culture: Champion a people-first culture, aligning with Cirdans core values and mission to "improve well-being through innovation." Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to ensure Cirdan is an inclusive workplace where employees can thrive. Organize employee engagement initiatives that reinforce company values and foster a unified "one company" ethos. Promote the development of a learning culture focusing on upskilling individuals and teams. Staff Retention & Performance Management: Develop and implement strategies to boost staff retention, including satisfaction surveys, mentoring programs, and career progression frameworks. Develop, implement and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Coach and guide managers on performance-related issues. Oversee annual salary benchmarking and performance reviews to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices. Continuously improve HR processes to enhance employee development and retention outcomes. HR Systems & Compliance: Manage HR information systems (HRIS) to maintain data integrity and compliance with Privacy laws and other relevant legislation across all our office locations. Ensure HR processes support Cirdans mission to improve patient care through digital innovation, while maintaining legal and regulatory compliance. Regularly review and optimize HR tools to enhance decision-making, performance reviews, and talent management. Maintain detailed documentation on remuneration and assist the Finance team with the necessary approvals for payroll changes. Strategic Partnership & Leadership: Advise senior leadership on workforce planning, talent strategies, and cultural initiatives to support Cirdans global growth. Collaborate with leadership to influence and shape organizational strategy and employee engagement efforts across all sites. Essential Skills 5+ years of experience in a senior HR or Talent Management role, with expertise in people management, recruitment, and employee engagement Proven track record of building and leading HR functions in a growing, fast-paced organisation (technology sector experience preferred). Experience fostering an inclusive workplace culture and leading initiatives that drive continuous improvement.
