The Job Our ambition is to ‘create an inflight retail experience worth talking about ’ and return a profit of £100m per annum by 2026. This requires us to generate new sources of revenue using more e-commerce channels to generate customer revenue. This role will support the Marketing Lead, key agency partners and internal delivery teams to execute the in-flight retail strategy. You will work closely with the IFR Trading team as well as working with the Planning, Brand, Creative, CRM and Partnerships Team. What You Will Be Doing You will oversee the E2E production and delivery of IFR creative and content to support all channels including onboard brochure, CRM, social media, seat backs, brochures and digital assets relating to pre-order website and air-fi closed loop Wi-Fi system that will allow support an order to seat proposition. Support teams throughout the creative process from briefing to performance analysis, including: data and insights gathering, creative briefing, production management, creative implementation, and measurement You will be a key stakeholder for creative and production of assets to ensure seamless delivery, collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to agree content priorities for IFR and get appropriate input and sign off from these stakeholders on the execution. You will also work closely with Partnerships and Product teams to define brochure pagination and design What You Will Need To Do This Role You will have ideally have experience in retail marketing where you will have established and managed content and creative for retail marketing – from planning and briefing, to execution. As a team player you can work collaboratively with teams across the business, share knowledge but also able to work independently.
