Contribute to specialist assessment across a broad range of risks and clinical need. Support the development of clear and collaborative formulations with service users, carers and staff which guide interventions to assist the service user with their recovery and progress through their care pathway. Contribute to the development and evaluation of training within Secure Care. Engage collaboratively with colleagues in devising and undertaking research activity aimed at further improving services, including clinically related administration, data collection, development of audit and/or research projects, teaching and project work. Receive clinical supervision from a Consultant Clinical Psychologist / Senior Psychologist within the team.
