SEN Teaching Assistant Opportunity Position: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Telford Start Date: April 2025 Start Rate: £444-448 per week SEN Teaching Assistant – Telford ABC Teachers is looking for a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Telford. This full-time, long-term role starts in April 2025 and involves supporting primary-aged students with moderate needs, helping them thrive in a nurturing and inclusive environment. Your Role: Provide one-to-one and small group support to students in the classroom. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, building strong relationships with students. Work closely with teachers to ensure each child receives the support they need. About the School: Supports primary students with moderate needs, including ASD, ADHD, and related conditions. What We’re Looking For: Strong behaviour management skills and a compassionate approach. Previous experience working with children with SEN or moderate learning needs. Excellent communication skills to engage and support students effectively. Ability to provide suitable references and complete a DBS check. All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
