We are looking for a Sales Representatives who will be working with a defined group of customers, largely based in primary care with the potential to work across secondary care where required. As Sales Representative you will be responsible for a specific group of customers and sales growth within the local health economy, demonstrating a flexible and resilient approach and an ability to adapt their customer interactions according to local need. You will take personal accountability for therapy area understanding, including the disease, GSK medicines, competitors and campaign, as well as the local health economy environment to add value to customers and ensure all national campaigns are effectively implemented with local context. Tailor multi – channel promotional activity according to the local Account Plans, which may mean different activity with different customers Demonstrate a geographical and therapy area flexibility in accordance with local business need Take personal accountability to understand local customers and their needs to develop and mobilise local external experts and build clinical advocacy within the primary care setting as appropriate Understand and input into local market access strategies, manage key customers in practices and PCNs and support project implementation as required within the local health economy account plans Actively engage the Regional Business Director and other extended roles, e.g. Regional and Hospital Account Managers, medical Scientific Liaisons, to identify the right levers for the benefit of the business Why you?
