About the Role
As an Aftersales Advisor you will be supporting our customers with their enquiries and making sure that we deliver a positive customer experience.
You will be working in a friendly customer support team who investigate and resolve queries for our customers across the UK.
You be handling a high volume of queries from our customers and proactively investigating the cases to get quick and accurate resolutions for our customer.
This often means working proactively with our supply chain, factories, finance, and commercial teams to get updates on orders, or on actions which are needed to fix any product related issues (remedial work).
Duties include:
* Process CSRs and investigate further, communicating and collaborating with various internal stakeholders (Credit Control/Despatch/Ports/Remedial Company/Sales/Supply Chain/Technical/UK Factories)
* Raise POs on SAP for Remedial work to be completed
* Communicate with Logistics
* Deal with any rejections from the query resolutions
* Provide updates on Credit and Complaints when requested
* Ensure a full audit trail is documented and the appropriate authorisations are obtained for all credits and complaints.
* Where required following investigation, process RTW and Replacement customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
* Taking ownership of daily reporting
About You
You will be an experienced customer service professional who is an excellent communicator and enjoys problem solving.
You will have good influencing skills and you will enjoy building relationships with internal and external contacts.
You will also have:
* Good team playing skills
* Reliability
* Positive attitude and an enthusiasm to learn
* Exposure to Health & Safety in the workplace
* Excellent IT skills, with knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint
* Experience with SAP
* Ability to build and maintain trusting working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm
