Customer Service Advisor – Komoo Pontypridd Powered by Steer Automotive Group
Are you a customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering excellent service? Komoo Pontypridd, powered by the Steer Automotive Group, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team. As a fast-expanding automotive repair business with multiple sites across the UK, we need someone who can ensure smooth communication and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Phone Support: Answering and making phone calls to provide excellent customer service
2. Work Provider Updates: Keeping work providers informed and up-to-date
3. System Management: Updating computer systems and portals with accurate information
4. KPI Achievement: Ensuring daily targets are met to maintain our high standards
5. Job Management: Loading all daily jobs into the management system, ensuring branches have all the necessary details for accurate repairs
6. Team Support: Assisting branches with any help they need to maintain smooth operations
