We are making it personal We are looking for a homebased with travel support as soon as possible as: Clinical Manager / Product Lead Your tasks: Clinical Manager Manage relationships with Health Service stakeholders and Private Wholesaler/Distributor Partners to maximize Attends sales. Promote the value and benefits of Attends to stakeholders. Build brand awareness and acceptance as the face of Attends. Oversee evaluations and financial investments to secure new contracts. Lead implementation strategies within a multi-functional team. Coordinate initiatives to meet target timings, leveraging internal/external expertise. Ensure high standards of customer service through effective communication and management. Identify target customers and develop sales strategies with the UK Commercial Manager to achieve growth. Product Lead Mentor the UK and Ireland team on product knowledge and application. Develop contacts with relevant professional bodies. Educate current employees, new starters, and service partners on products. Manage specific projects, including R&D and product change management. Represent the UK on the co-creation team, handling product complaints and change management for Attends and Indas brands. Serve as a clinical specialist and qualified nursing practitioner. Support marketing in developing brand communication materials. Monitor and evaluate competitive products.
