Our client is seeking a friendly, proactive Customer Support Advisor to join their growing team. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely, helpful, and empathetic support across various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
Handle complaints with empathy and escalate when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Provide product and service information, guiding customers to make informed decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
A positive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred but not essential.
