As an Engineer Service Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the operations team. Your role is all about leading, managing, and motivating a team of field-based Fire & Security Engineers. You’ll also be working closely with the Operations office to ensure customers are always receiving top-notch service. No two days are the same, but your main tasks will include:
Building and nurturing relationships with clients, making sure they’re happy and sticking around. Managing and motivating your team of engineers to keep them delivering their best work. Allocating and distributing jobs to ensure everything is completed on time. Keeping an eye on key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting back on targets. Promptly resolving any customer queries to keep service levels high. Managing stock, equipment, and fleet, making sure everything is in check. Liaising with suppliers to secure the best deals.
What we Need?
We’re looking for someone who’s already got experience managing a team of engineers (ideally in the fire or security industry). You’ll be highly organised, great at multitasking, and ready to tackle any challenge that comes your way. Other key skills and experience our client is after include -
Proven track record in managing engineers day-to-day. A real people person, with strong communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness. A good grasp of Microsoft and CRM systems. Full UK driving licence.

The role is office-based in Mold, North Wales, with working hours from 8 am-5 pm, Monday to Friday
