Home Decor Group is a leading supplier of contemporary bedroom furniture and kitchens to the DIY, construction, domestic and new-build markets.
At our modern facility in Sheffield, we create stunning fitted wardrobes, sliding wardrobe doors, and freestanding furniture, including a range of functional modular-based storage solutions used in both home living and home office environments.
We are currently recruiting a Sales Administrator based in our Sheffield Head Office who will work with the Contract Sales team in supporting the sales process for our construction customers.

Full-time hours are 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with an early finish one day of the week; however, flexibility within these hours and part-time hours would be considered.
Salary range - £23.5k to £24.5k, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
1. Administration
o Working with the Contract Sales team to process and administrate project tenders from quotation to handover to the operational Internal Account Management (IAM) team.
o Raising quotations and preparing customer presentations under the instruction of the Business Development team.
o Marking up drawings and plans for preparation for handover to the IAM team.
o Arranging all information required to successfully handover projects once confirmed, both for the IAM and Installation functions.
o Organizing information to be used on the company's shared drive.
o Reporting and measuring success and aiding process improvement with the Business Development Managers (BDM) for the quotation to handover process.
o Working with the Continuous Improvement Facilitator to define new standard processes in the contract sales team.
2. Sales Lead Development
o Using provided tools (ABI Barbour, Website, LinkedIn, Property Press, etc.), create business development opportunities for specific projects being developed and where appropriate pass these to the BDM.
o Mail shot activity for targeted prospect business development categories.
o Initiate brand awareness campaigns with Architects, Interior Designers, etc., in specified target areas.
3. General
o Assist the sales team with any other sales activity as instructed by the Contract Director.
