Provide quality service to the customer byresponding to their requests promptly efficiently and courteouslyduring checkin checkout and throughout theirstay.
Maintain control of guest and hotelaccounts ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on atimely basis.
Maintain strict security procedureswith credit and cash transactions accounting procedures issue ofroom keys and guestconfidentiality/privacy
Maintain communicationchannels between Hotel guests and all Hotel departments bothverbally and in writing as required.
