About the Role
As our Locum Talent Partner, you’ll support and enhance the usage of our locum platform, build talent pools, ensure our practices can easily manage their locum requirements, communicate with locums, maintain compliance, and more.
You’ll have the opportunity to continually innovate the ways we work and play a key part in our continued growth.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
* Lead the ongoing evolution of the Locum Hub platform, ensuring its strategic alignment with Hakim Group’s broader goals of cost efficiency, talent acquisition, and operational excellence.
* Drive continuous improvement by analysing locum success, user feedback, and key metrics to enhance performance, engagement, and outcomes.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to define new features, refine workflows, and ensure the platform delivers maximum value for both practices and locums.
* Attract and source quality locums to build an active talent pool of locums.
* Lead the communication plan for locums, keeping the talent pool engaged and updating about life at Hakim Group to support permanent employment.
* Work closely with the compliance team to ensure that practices and locums maintain full regulatory compliance in an efficient, paperless environment.
* Engage with locums to build a community of highly qualified professionals, facilitating better matches between locums and shifts and promoting long-term partnerships.

As a recruitment professional, you will understand business challenges and address them with confidence. You will embrace forward-thinking and innovation, consistently seeking improvement while balancing daily tasks with growth initiatives. You will be a natural communicator, personable and capable of interacting with, influencing, and building relationships at all levels. A proven track record in delivering a consistent end-to-end recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers is essential.
