\n\nThe Role\n\nAs the Administrator within the Legal Department, you will be working with and assisting the company's Paralegal, providing administration support across a variety of cases.\n\nDuties include\n\nOpening and maintaining files on the case management system online and paper filing system\nCarrying out general administrative duties, such as answering incoming calls, responding to emails and post\nOn-going management of payment arrangements\nPreparing templated letters before action and other demands, in compliance with relevant procedure and protocols\nPreparing templated claim forms and particulars of claim\nLiaising with company solicitors\nImplementing and monitoring of payment arrangements\nMaintaining full and accurate records in the Case Management System, including attendance notes, correspondence, advice and records of payments received \n\n About you\n\nNo legal experience necessary\nSome previous administration experience\nExcellent attention to detail\nGood written and verbal communication skills\nGood time management and ability to multitask\nAbility to prioritise own workload\nAbility to work as part of a team, as well as on own initiative\nA team worker\nComputer literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office\nA positive and fun disposition! \n\nAlthough this is working within the legal team, don't let the legal jargon deter you as in no way is any legal experience necessary.
