We have opportunities for trainee laminators to join our company at our Brackley site. We work to the highest standards and our Laminating team are a critical part of managing this and supporting the production areas.
This is a day shift, working Monday to Friday. Core hours are 8am to 4:30pm. We offer competitive rates of pay, company pension, 23 days holiday plus the bank holidays, private healthcare and the opportunity for overtime during peak periods.
Main Responsibilities:
* Laminating and tooling across a broad range of products.
* Checking information on drawings is clear.
* Checking route card instructions are correct.
* Help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency.
* Keep all equipment maintained.
* Ensure the department is kept clean and tidy.
Minimum Requirements:
* Attention to detail.
* Motorsport/Automotive experience.
* Familiar with pre preg autoclave processes.
* Good understanding of engineering drawings.
You will receive in-depth training in the above.
Skills:
* Have a passion for the F1 and Automotive industry.
* Good hand-eye coordination.
* Can follow written and verbal instructions.
* Practical and enjoys practical working.
