We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Co-Ordinator to join our client's growing business and play a vital role in enhancing their customer experience. As part of the Sales Co-Ordinator team, you'll be the heartbeat of the order processing operations, ensuring that every order is handled with precision and care.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Processing orders received via email or phone
2. Managing relationships with couriers and transport companies
3. Ensuring data accuracy with orders and invoices
4. Contacting clients to gather missing information and address their queries promptly
5. Collaborating closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely deliveries
6. Keeping sales and customer records up to date
7. Providing vital internal feedback on customer experiences
8. Staying informed about the latest products and features on the market
As a Sales Co-Ordinator, your ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously will be critical, especially in a busy environment where deadlines are strict. You'll exhibit strong organizational skills and be a dedicated team player who contributes positively to the team culture.
If you have a strong customer service background, previous experience in sales support or order processing, and are technically minded, we want to hear from you. This is initially a 12-month temporary position (to cover maternity leave) and has the potential to become a permanent role.
