Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £22,880 - £23,920 per annum (with progression based on competencies)

This role is part of our fantastic People Team who, along with our other Corporate Service teams, provide support for our colleagues across the organisation, helping to ensure we deliver the best possible care and support for people when they need it, and throughout their personal recovery journeys
About the role
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Volunteer Support Administrator to join our growing People Team, and help to shape and develop our offer for our volunteers who are an integral part of our workforce.
You will be the first point of contact for all volunteer related enquiries and support the volunteering team to develop and deliver our volunteering offer across MHM, including recruitment, engagement and support of volunteers across MHM, ensuring a positive experience for both volunteers and the organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain insight and knowledge of volunteering activities for anyone who has aspirations of working in volunteering communities.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need to have exceptional communication skills, be organised and have a good eye for detail. You will be able to build and maintain good relationships with volunteers, colleagues and other agencies. You will need to be computer literate, and have the ability to use systems to maintain accurate records and data. You will be passionate about volunteering, and the impact volunteers can make. Ideally, you will have experience of volunteering or volunteer related activities.
